Band 5 within the existing Frimley Health Outpatient nursing team, primarily cover Frimley Park onsite team however, occasionally you will need to cover the offsite team located at Aldershot or Fleet.
Frimley Outpatients consists of the following sites:
As a band 5 you will cover 2 or 4 shifts over a 7 day period as the service requires.
Or Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm and be rostered on for occasional Saturdays 8-6pm
