Our facilities are some of the best in the country. We have been investing around £10 million a year in our estate. We are currently spending c. £25 million on expanding our adult and neonatal critical care facilities at Chelsea and Westminster and redevelopment of our children’s unit at West Middlesex – in partnership with our charity, CW+ and generous donors.

The post holder will provide high quality care to patients throughout the peri-operative experience in line with trust values and in accordance with professional regulations. They will work effectively and communicate as a member of the multidisciplinary team to patients, carers and staff at all times.
The post holder will be able to accept delegated responsibility for specific activates/areas from the senior nurse in charge and be able to work safely within their scope of practice.
Work in line with Trust policies, protocols and local guidelines whilst also being aware of the importance of their role in supporting members of the team ensuring that they always adhere to the Trust values and NMC regulations.
Take the opportunity to develop their practice and to expand their own nursing and specialist skill, ensuring they adhere to the NMC revalidation process.
Maintain high standards of professional and ethical responsibility, and accountability and be aware of the medico-legal aspects of nursing, in line with professional, regulating and local guidance
