The Acute Frailty Assessment Unit at the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) is a 12 person assessment unit that caters for elderly frail patients who present in emergency department with medical needs. We offer rapid assessment and care for elderly, vulnerable adults within a safe and dementia friendly environment. Patients will remain in the unit for no longer than 10 hours and thereafter discharged home with a plan of care or transferred to the relevant medical or frailty environment for further treatment.

We are looking for compassionate, hardworking and motivated staff nurses with excellent communication skills that wish to work with our frailty population and an amazing patient centred caring team.
We conduct video interviews and have an efficient recruitment process in place so you can start working as soon as possible. We are currently offering full time shift work on a permanent contract.
